Transformational Leadership Camp 2020 June 7-12. Villa Sofia, Inkoo Barösund (Cancelled due to the coronavirus)
I keep the information here for you to familiarise yourself with the work I do.
A journey of inner transformation to embody leadership for creating a eco-system culture with Harriet and Victoria Subirana.
Are you called to be a creator of a new, co-creative culture, where we work based on the wellbeing of the whole system (eco-systemic) and evolutionary change in society?
Do you work with facilitating a shift of mindset for example in the field of education (kindergarten, classroom, school management or higher education), social, systemic change (eg. health sector as coach, therapist, psychologist), or in environmental activism reforming the ways of working?
The camp is also suitable for entrepreneurs and business leaders creating a conscious organizational culture based on compassion, authenticity and integrity.
This Camp is a follow-up to the successful one day workshop arranged in June 2019 which was far too short a time to really dive in to the topics. Read the feedback of the participants in the pdf.
