Co-Creative Process Inquiry (CCPI) is a developmental approach for cultural transformation in individuals, groups and organizations. It transforms the ways of working together as well as the quality of co-operation – from ego-centric (re)acting to genuine co-creation, meaning that the work is concentrated on reaching a higher goal than none of the individuals could reach by themselves in a competitive atmosphere.
It is a powerful way to raise the organizations potential and level of awareness as well as resolving upheaval in any situation by opening new pathways. The focus shifts from fear-based behaviors and beliefs to an open-minded, trustful mindset. The values become alive and sustainable when through self-inquiry the fears are faced and a connection between body, heart, mind and soul starts to resonate with the values. This is what is called a "living quality" in CCPI. |
The aim of the co-creative workshop is to provide a practical experience of this approach at work, leaving you feeling the power of being present for yourself and others and how that state can uplift the result of what you are exploring. The workshop facilitators Katja Vilponiemi and Harriet Fagerholm were among the first group of coaches trained into the CCPI approach in Finland, and have applied it actively and successfully both in personal and group transformation work for approximately 5 years. Both are CTT associates.
CCPI was developed by Terhi Takanen together with the Finnish Office for the Government as Employer. Terhi presented her Ph.D. The Power of Being Present at Work – Co-creative Process Inquiry as a Developmental Approach in May 3, 2013 (read more: http://cocreativeprocess.org). Every participant will receive a copy of the new book about CCPI in practice, The Power of Encountering. Feedback from participants: "Really enjoyed the workshop and the exercises, working on multiple levels - mind, body, feelings, needs." "Overall a grate taster, and I am intrigued and interested in taking this further." "Great to confirm that the process can lead you to clearer and deeper = authentic questioning." "Very happy to share this experience with you and the group." |
2. InTune 1/2-day conference workshop: Co-creating Trust and Openness - Opening up to deeper collaboration
This session provided practical tools, insight and an experience of exploring your capacity and willingness to open up your personal strengths and limitations to refine your ability to grow towards deeper levels of service. As individual coaches/consultants we all need this set of skills to be able to make a wider change when working towards a values-driven society. This conference surrounding with many like-spirited people provided an excellent opportunity to start practicing new co-creative skills.
