My education
I have been described as an experienced educator and guide, who loves the joy of deep learning. I am a midwife for rebirth of the mysteries of feminine wisdom and power. My passion and topics are inner transformation, self healing, liberation of creativity and conscious creation. I have worked in long-term client relationships in one on one coaching with leaders, entrepreneurs and creatives, as well as in group coaching with educators and business owners.
The result of my deep exploration of inner transformation is InTune – a practical tool for developing self and group awareness skills to create balance between the inner and the outer world, and above all in relationships. The core of the learning experience is to live in tune with your inner truth and your own purpose and calling to be of service through sharing your creative gifts.
I am an educated Co-Creative Process Inquiry© practitioner as well as an authorized coach in Empowerment and Emotional Dynamics. I am an associate of Barrett Values Centre (www.valuescentre.com), Cultural Transformation Tool. Before starting offering my services in my own company I worked as a pedagogical innovator and Senior Lecturer in Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences for 13 years www.haaga-helia.fi, where I led and co-created an international BBA Program based on student centered, collaborative learning methods. I am educated as a professional in vocational education. I have worked with many multicultural groups and co-written three publications about problem-based learning.
My working languages are Swedish, Finnish and English. My university degree is Master of Science (Econ.) with International Marketing as a major. I am a trained teacher in vocational education. My passion in business is the new female leadership, purpose- and values-driven brands, collaborative branding for creating a strong organizational culture, transformational leadership and leading creativity. I create the optimal environment for genuine creativity to unfold.
I am also trained being a doula for women giving birth, leading dream group work and symboldrama therapy. I studied feminine wisdom with Chameli Ardagh in Awakening Women Institute and co-creation with Barbara Marx Hubbard, Conscious Evolution.
I live in Helsinki, Finland with my husband and I am the mother of two adult children.
My value base consisting of four guiding principles helps me staying grounded in myself and in my work.

- Truth Joy lies in loving the truth. I serve my clients and partners in a co-creative and honest way by listening deeply to how the intuitive inner knowing provides information for exploration. I create a safe space for self-inquiry and healing. I listen to my intuition and the messages of my heart. I aim at walking the talk. I listen to my emotions and express myself truthfully with care. I take care of my own wellbeing in order to be able to serve others. I accept the uncontrollable unfinished nature of life and I see life as a journey of learning, expansion and exploration together to serve the purpose of the Whole.
- Freedom I accomplish my vision together with others who share the same vision. I see leadership as everybody's question. I honor everyone's free will. I reserve time for silence and contemplation. I honor the equality and potential of all human beings. I allow love to flow freely.
- Openness I see the reality as a potential to be explored in different ways of knowing, being and acting in dynamic relations. My world-view is participatory and relational. I aim at listening more than speaking. I believe that there is always a new possibility to grow and learn. Going out of the comfort zone is needed. I trust in my ability to liberate courage, strength and inner creative potential in every human being asking me for guidance.
- Authenticity I trust the innate wisdom and rhythm of life. I listen to my living contact to nature. Being authentic means appreciating your own gifts, talents and creativity. Sharing your gifts with the world is the most natural thing! Know Thyself!

My story
I was born in a rough archipelag landscape in Larsmo, Ostrobotnia (Finland). The sea, rocks and a natural contact to the earth was a part of my childhood. The culture was characterized by a sense of a strong belonging to the community, and a spirit to work honestly and hard for the values you hold dear. Appreciation of handicraft and being entrepreneurial and natural – who you are – made the foundation of the culture. From this area in remote Finland come many highly valued brands like the sailing boats from Swan and Baltic Yachts. Read more
Our everyday lives and work can be seen as design – design of how the soul can express itself in truth, joy and freedom and to expand your knowing and being in relation to how you live, work and create together with others. Life is a journey of learning and creating in relations. To find your purpose in life leads to inner balance and peace.
My inner voice urged me to explore co-creation and to embark on a journey to seek for a more sustainable way of living where people truly collaborate from the perspective of the whole, sharing their gifts and talents. Everything is co-creation – the question is whether you are conscious of what you are co-creating or not.
