Co-Creative Workshop : Opening up for the thriving energy of collective intelligence in the group.
How I work with groups
I have worked in long-term group processes lasting for 1-7 years with several groups wanting to learn to co-create and to work more efficiently together in creating a conscious culture. Two groups have been with school communities, consisting of 25-30 teachers each. The process contains individual guidance with the leader, small group processes and co-creative workshops with the whole group. The process starts with a good co-creative relationship between the leader(s) and me. After trust and connectedness is created through individual guidance, the work can begin with the whole group. The third group is with a family community owning a family business, where we have regular small group workshops and individual guidance.
When I work I listen both to the innate needs of the whole (group) and it´s parts (individuals).
I have facilitated co-creative workshops with groups of 50-100 participants. The process is suitable for strengthening the collaborative power in the culture and for finding new creative ideas. I offer group sessions half day (3,5-4h) or the whole day (7-8h). I also arrange retreats over several days.
Freedom, playfulness, joy, openness, trust, support and inspiration are the recipe for unexpected, fast and creative results in the group.
The change in the group culture starts with engaging everyone to get an increased awareness of how the group dynamics work between the I and the WE-space. People will get courage to face and resolve challenging situations in a conscious way with the set of skills provided by InTune. The increased feeling of psychological safety and trust is important for the thriving energy that will constantly take the group to higher levels of achievements and creative expression. This is how the collective intelligence is liberated and joy of co-creation is possible.
