How would we organize our lives, families, work and organizations if we consider life as sacred? We need to transform our mindset from a competitive mind to an equal, collaborative, inquiry mind. We then begin to understand that everything is co-created in relationships, which form living eco-systems. We have both our own personal eco-system to take care of, as well as the collective whole, which we are part of. We learn to change our awareness between the self (I space) and the group (WE space) and we understand that our actions (or lack of!) always affect others and the whole. We listen to our innate wisdom of the heart to guide us in everyday actions in fulfilling our soul purpose. BACKGROUND An unhealthy, inner balance between the basic creative principles of life – the feminine and the masculine creates unhealthy structures. A shift from a dominant, controlling masculinity to a more receptive, caring femininity will enable greater innovation, creativity, well-being and joy of being. Every human is a creator and possesses an innate creativity. The sacred feminine leader has the ability to release the blocks to this creative flow of life by supporting, guiding wisely and by being an example. The deepest learning is facilitated through direct experience. The leader sees the potential in the other and acts with presence and power. |
